Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Items ship within 1 to 2 business days. All orders ship via USPS and will include an email with tracking information. Shipping costs are a flat fee of $5.99 and orders over $50 ship free with code FREESHIP
Jewelry Returns:
Items that have not been worn can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of the delivery with the following conditions:
All items must be unworn or unused
Return/exchange shipping charges are not refunded
Once we receive your item, we will credit your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Customer must pay to have items shipped back
Broken Jewelry:
If you happen to receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us ASAP. Please note that natural variances in gemstones, crystal pendants or crystals is not considered damaged or faulty.
All jewelry has a lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks, needs replacement or if you need a bracelet restrung, please fill out the form below with the following information. We will consider if the item can be replaced or fixed. If you purchased a bracelet and it breaks from normal wear and tear, we will re-string it at no extra charge. Just pay for it to be shipped back to us and we will ship it back to you once we fix it. (This excludes all crystals & decor)
